Welcome to Rollomi — a random-picker tool for giveaways, raffles, and stream moments. Using it means you agree to these (short, plain) terms.

Fair use:Rollomi picks winners using cryptographic randomness and never biases results. Use it honestly. You are responsible for your own giveaway's rules and for complying with the laws and platform policies (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) that apply to you — including any rules about contests, sweepstakes, or gambling in your country. Rollomi is not a gambling product and must not be used to run paid-entry games of chance where that is regulated.

Your content:entry names, images, and logos you load belong to you (or whoever owns them — use art you have rights to). You're responsible for what you display on your stream.

The service:Rollomi is provided "as is," free of charge during beta. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation and aren't liable for losses from using it (to the maximum extent the law allows). Features may change as the product evolves.

Don't: abuse, attack, or attempt to disrupt the service; misrepresent rigged results as Rollomi outcomes; or use the tool for anything unlawful.

If a paid Pro tier launches, purchase terms (billing, refunds) will be added here before it goes live.
